Prophetess Lynn Golson grew up in a Holiness Church where her Mother was Pastor and Evangelist. There’s at least 8 Senior Pastors in her family.  Her Great Grandmother and Grandmother were both Mothers of the Church of God in Christ and her Father was a Deacon. At an early age of 11, Prophetess Lynn accepted her call into ministry, and preached her first sermon at the age of 13.  In 1999 Prophetess Lynn was licensed under Bishop Darryl S. Brister, Sr. Pastor of Beacon Light International Ministries where she served for 38 years where she is a founding member.  Prophetess Lynn studied at the Darryl S. Brister Bible College and Theological Seminary and was ordained as an Elder in 2007.  During her service under Bishop Brister, Prophetess Lynn traveled more than 2 hours one way to service every Sunday for multiple services, trained Ministers to become Elders at the Hammond campus, opened the 8:00 a.m. service for newly appointed Pastor Dennis Hebert, then opened the 10:00 am service; then traveled another hour to the Ames Blvd campus for the 3:00 p.m. service to open the Intercessory Prayer for Bishop Brister; assisting Elder Gerod Macon in setting up service, introducing Bishop to the service; traveling to the Mirabeau campus, opening services,  assisting with offering, prayer, Alter Call, Bathroom ministry, Interior Decorator for the various campuses; filling in where needed. From 2010 through 2015, Prophetess Golson served as an Elder in the College of Elders under Bishop Paul S. Morton, Overseer of Greater St. Stephen, Emeritus of the Full Gospel Fellowship.  In 2013, Bishop Morton ordained Prophetess Golson as an International Elder during his last year as Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Fellowship.  Bishop Morton passed the reigns over to Bishop Joseph S. Walker, now Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Fellowship.  Prophetess Golson will forever be remembered as the Elder who brought in more than 600 people per year to Greater St. Stephen Full Gospel Baptist Church where Pastors brought in busloads of their members, traveling from Mississippi, Texas, Alabama and Louisiana every first Sunday night for Communion under Bishop Morton. Many Pastors and their churches joined the Full Gospel Fellowship as a visitor of Prophetess Golson.  As a result of Prophetess Golson’s Evangelism efforts, many of the youth grew up and are now Leaders in Full Gospel.

The Lord charged Rev. Dr. Robert L. Golson and Prophetess Lynn Golson to establish Greater Grace in Northeastern Ohio.
